Stolen
A truly good blogger knows that all the best material is stolen from some other cloth. (If that doesn't make sense, don't worry that something is wrong with you. It doesn't make sense to me either.)
I found this quotation on a friend's blog and like it so much . . . here it is!
"I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something, and I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do."

Gluten Free . . . and Deadly
Green pea flour. Enough said.
And . . .
. . . a book titled 1,000 Gluten-Free Recipes . . .
. . . only 5 of which are edible . . .

Time is a rather subjective concept. When doing our normal work, there's never enough time. When we do something above and beyond our daily schedule, we are "making time" for it. Time is of the essence. We believe in time-management (though not all of us are equally good at it).
We have many methods of measuring time. The ancients used the position of the sun, moon, and stars to determine seasons, night, and day. Today we use broad measurements such as millenia, centuries, decades, years, months, weeks, and days. But this isn't good enough. We are not satisfied to know that we can work during the day and sleep at night. We must break our days into hours, minutes, seconds, and (for the truly obsessive) milliseconds.
Why do we do this? Is it because we are a highly advanced, civilized culture? Because we are resolved not to be time wasters? Because we know the power of a well-timed word or action?
Nope. None of the above. So . . . why?
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Take this self-check: Do you wear a watch? Do you have a clock in every or almost every room in your house? Do you make lists? Do you write times to get specific things done on your lists? Do you set your cell phone alarm to remind you of things? Do you have multiple calendars in your home? At work? Do you have a day planner?
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Have you been diagnosed?
